Yes, we carry over two million dollars of total liability and Workers
Compensation insurance.

A: No, our prices
are moderate. You will always pay more for a better quality job.
Q: Will I pay sales
tax if I use DE Services, LLC?
A: According to NJ
State Law we must charge sales tax for our labor if it is a service or a taxable
capital improvement. We can let you know during your free estimate.
Q: Will my project
require a permit?
A: If your project
is a capital improvement it will most likely require a permit. Some
repairs also do too however it depends.
Q: How long will it
take to get a permit?
A:
All towns are different. However, the State of NJ passed a law that all towns
must process your permit with in 20 business days.
Q: Can I purchase
my own materials?
A: Yes, you just
need to let us know what items you would like to purchase.
Q: Can I use DE
Services, LLC as a general contractor?
A: Yes, DE
Services, LLC is a full service construction company and we have our own sub
contractors. If you hire us you will not have to hire any one else unless you
choose to be the GC.
Q: What is
millwork?
A: Millwork is any
type of molding work ( crown, base, chair rail, wainscoting and interior doors.
Q: Does DE
Services, LLC have references?
A: Yes, 95% of our
work is word of mouth. We do have good references; you can also see reviews in
